Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LingoBee app (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LingoBee, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.


2. Use of the App

LingoBee is an educational app designed for children ages 2-5 to learn English vocabulary. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. By using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems.


3. Subscriptions

LingoBee offers a freemium model with optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed within the App and on the App Store listing.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. You can cancel at any time through your device’s subscription settings.


4. Intellectual Property

All content and features within the App, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, audio, and software, are the property of Summer Apps or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without explicit permission.


5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, especially when it comes to children. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.


6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

LingoBee is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free.

In no event shall Summer Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.


7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.


8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be available within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
