Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GymLog app (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GymLog, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.


2. Use of the App

GymLog is provided for personal use only. You may not use the App for any commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purpose. By using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App in accordance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or user accounts.


3. Intellectual Property

All content and features within the App, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, are the property of Summer Apps or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without explicit permission.


4. Account Creation and Security

If the App requires you to create an account (in future versions), you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.


5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.


6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

GymLog is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free.

In no event shall Summer Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.


7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.


8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be available within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


9. Subscriptions

Gymlog offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscription plans that unlock premium features within the app.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings on the App Store.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription.

10. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update our subscription pricing or features. If we do, we’ll notify you in advance via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes implies your acceptance.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
