By downloading, installing, or using CoreNotes, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.


2. Use of the App

CoreNotes is provided for personal educational use. You may not use the App for any commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purpose. By using the App, you agree to:

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers.

CoreNotes offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective store’s terms.


4. Intellectual Property

All content and features within the App, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, are the property of CoreNotes or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without explicit permission.

Study materials generated by the App from your scanned content are for your personal use.


5. Account Creation and Security

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.


6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.


7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

CoreNotes is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. AI-generated study materials may contain inaccuracies and should be verified against original source materials.

In no event shall CoreNotes be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.


8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.


9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be available within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
